Simply fill out the questionnaire in the folder. Any questions that you cannot answer leave blank. Visit our showrooms and look at the different types of products offered. Go on the internet and research the websites we have listed for you. Decide on what types of products you would like in your home. By all means enjoy the process!
Take pictures of your home. Take pictures of the exterior, interior, the surroundings and specifically where you want the addition. Once the questionnaire is completed and you have taken your pictures, mail the camera and questionnaire back to us.
Upon receipt of the completed questionnaire and camera, we will do several things. We will review the zoning and building requirements in your town to determine whether there may be any major setbacks with your project. In conjunction with builders and remodelers we will prepare a “rough estimate” based on the information given.
Armed with our “rough estimate” you can decide whether or not to move forward. We’ll discuss your options for contracting, managing or subcontracting your project. We will arrange meetings with qualified contractors specifically interested in your project, or help you through the do it yourself process. We expect to match your ideas and dreams with the contractor best suited to your needs.
